No personal information will ever be sold to a third party unless www.horsephenomena.com itself is sold to a third party, in which event all information will be transferred. Users of www.horsephenomena.com are solely responsible for keeping all other personal information to themselves and www.horsephenomena.com will never ask for any other personal information or knowingly collect it. Children under the age of 13 must have their parent's permission before accessing or using any part of www.horsephenomena.com. Parents can view their children's accounts to see all information they have listed. If a parent believes that their child's information should no longer be anywhere on www.horsephenomena.com, they should contact the game administrator to have the account deleted.
