But ever since my illness last year i lost all my motivation and gained more then i lost.. I am very.. well... the largest I ever been and its making me depressed... I cant stop some cravings and I just lack energy. Can someone help me? Not sure how but my best friend used to always send motivational posters and such... but shes kinda MIA... =( and the lack of friends soooo does not help... x_X i just want to be.. healthy and fit again! All this weight gain really affected my sleep and my day to day function :S

First of all if you're back to drinking soad switch over to ICE drinks, they're sparkling flavored drinks that advertize zero calories, it's sweetened with sucralose aka Splenda. Another alternative would be to drink La Croix which is my usual go to. Both are carbonated so it makes me feel like I'm getting a soda. Still very important to drink reg water obviously but this helps me curb my cravings!

How are you as far as your diet? This more than anything was my biggest problem. I was on my feet working at the bare minimum 14 hour days and still felt awful & weighed more than ever because I was eating garbage! If your meals aren't nutritionally sound, look it over and figure out what you can do to fix it!

As far as exercises go, planks, push-ups, lunges, flutter kicks are awesome, also donkey kicks. Always, always make sure that you're keeping your core tight and doing the exercises as accurately as possible.

Since you're having vertigo I'm not sure what I can suggest for cardio but keep  lifting weights, the exercises using your own body weight are great overall but using light weights will really help tackle certain areas.

Do you have access to a medicine ball by any chance?
