I found this recipe which is a twist (hate that word, haha) on the classic cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving and I am thinking of making it. But I usually do a cranberry glaze on the actual turkey so that I don't have to worry about the skin browning evenly, so I'm not sure if it will really go. What do you think?

It looks yummy!
Though anything with blueberries sounds great to me! Haha!

I love how the article starts out "Drinking wine and eating jam are two things I’m great at." haha.  I think it sounds delish but I would refrain from putting it on the main dish until it's tried and true.  Maybe do your traditional way and have this as a side to see how it goes over.  If you get rave reviews you'll know to add it for next year!

Yeah, I'm definitely going to do it as a side! But I'm going to do the same cranberry glaze I always do on the bird, which is why I'm wondering if this will be too much fruit?

This is the glaze recipe I use: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/cranberry-orange-glazed-turkey-recipe.html

I don't think so! Thanksgiving needs more fruit!
