Guess Who's Back...

VERI'S BACK! TELL A FRIEND!
Holy crap it has been an age since I was here. According to my layout, almost a year. No one chased me off, no one upset me or anything...life just sorta, well, happened. And a lot of it too. For those of you keeping score (and have known me for a bit), here's the cliffnotes version of what you've missed with me being gone:
*Ryan and I are still together. 18 months!
I think that's everything....at least as far as I can remember. In all honesty, 2016 has been a year of emotional havoc for me. I have been battling anxiety and depression for years, but this year, it has been worse than ever. I have been riding an anxiety/adrenaline rush for almost 2 years straight since my divorce in December of 2014. I can say now that it is FINALLY starting to wear off, but I still have a long way to go. I am now on medication (yes I am comfortable publically talking about this...anyone who has known me for a while here knows I am very open about my past, my experiences, and my daily struggles) and it helps me simply get through the day. My anxiety got so bad that it was actually debilitating and almost cost me my job because I could barely function enough to get through the day and perform my duties. And in an environment where security is absolutely key and large quantities of money are being handled, you cannot afford to make a mistake. So me not being at my best was problematic. I've had a great many lows this year. Some highs, naturally, but more lows than anything, and I am currently in therapy again for the first time in 6 years (have been since about mid-July now) and am making good progress toward healing myself and moving forward from a lot of my past nonsense from very unstable relationships. Sadly, finances are preventing me from re-entering the horse world in person, but fortunately, I had the money to re-up this account for a year so I can now return to my online horse world. And the friends that I love madly and have sorely missed!!! Yes, I am still just as RDJ/Supernatural/Johnny Depp/Steven Tyler obsessed as I was when I left. Fear not, that will never go away ;)
Sooooo yeah. Looks like I'm back again :) I will definitely be popping back into Chat as well!  |

Thank you guys! Glad to see my friends still here. Have missed you guys a ton. And Sam...are you talking season 11 or 12? 11 is on Netflix but since 12 is on tv at the moment I'm going to have to wait lol. Although I should probably catch up on 11 now that I think about it... |

Veri, 12! Hulu shows the new episodes a day after they come out since we can never catch it live. But not anymore :(. |

Yay Verizon is back!!! This year has been a Rollercoaster for my family as well. Glad to hear everything is working out and looking up so far. Hope it continues on stay that way. |
