Heya!

I've started breeding Lusitanos and my theme centers around House of the Dragon / House Targaryen generally. I'm hunting for someone who can make a manip for these guys. I'm imagining a Lusitano and some sort of dragon and the black and red of House Targaryen. Beyond that, I'm not married to anything. 

I'm not sure how many graphic makers are still hanging out around HP or what the going rate is. I know this is pretty specific, so there's wiggle room there for sure. HPD or 6 month upgrades or a combo thereof are totally fine with me.
