All players acknowledge that www.horsephenomena.com will contact law enforcement authorities if any illegal actions and/or activities are taking place on www.horsephenomena.com. www.horsephenomena.com will cooperate fully with any law enforcement agencies and/or officials in any investigation of illegal activity taking place on www.horsephenomena.com. www.horsephenomena.com is in no way to be held responsible for any actions illegal or otherwise taken by a player on www.horsephenomena.com, it is the sole responsibility of the individual (and their parents if under the age of 18) to comply with law enforcement if such activities should occur.
