I read, watch my "comfort movie" (Sound of Music!), go for a walk, go for a drive with loud music, take a nap...depends on what's causing the stress! |

Crochet, sleep, read, listen to music (sing and dance), listen to podcast (legit addicted to Crime Junkie at the moment - huge thanks to Siib for that), color, and focus on learning. I am currently taking the summer semester off - so I am working on improving my photography knowledge/skills, coding/programing, and trying to learn at least one more craft (thinking knitting). |

I need to find something like crocheting, I like projects where (once you know what you're doing) you can keep your hands busy and let your mind wander. |

Haha that's exactly what my mom says helps, Maha! Going outside definitely is one of my best stress relievers, whether going for a walk or playing with my animals. I like to play the piano really loud too and that is a great stress reliever. ;P I just recently bought a ukulele and I get that same type of relief from strumming tunes on that as well. |

Def. try it Jaya. I have recently started to mix it up a little and do Audiobooks or podcast crocheting and it's been amazing. XD I found that I crochet a lot more these days. |
