horse #229688, I bought extra shows for her from the store this week, so seh has 90. but I'm somewhat sure I bought them for her permanently last week. 

Weve been havin this problem with tua as well!!! But sams been on it everytime!

I purchased 50 extra tickets in the cash shop. It's taken 6HPB but not credited me with the extra tickets. Thought it may have taken a while so I left it, this was last night. Still no tickets :(

Sub, did you let the page refresh all the way? Once you click it it goes to a page that says that you have purchased them but it should upload all the way to your profile where you change them from private to public and adjust the price on the tickets. 

I have made the mistake of navigating away from the Cash Shop page too quickly multiple times because I get ahead of myself and forget to let the system run all the way through.

Oh.. I don't know. I remember seeing the redirect page.. I'm not sure if I clicked elsewhere or not 0.o

If you did then it just didn't award them because it's a pain in the butt, but I'm sure when an admin sees this (or if you msg someone) they'll go manually do it! :)

Like I said, I've messed it up multiple times so now I know exactly how/why I messed it up! lol

Did u buy the 1st set from the store first?

If you are teying to get dbls of anything, you have to buy from the rwgular store first(unless you already have)

I've purchased the 1st sets of each, dog tickets have been accepted the 50 horse still have to be requested. I bought the double ups once I'd finished accepting the dog tickets. Or Do I need to use them up before I can buy doubles? XD I feel silly if I was just being inpatient and didn't wait to be redirected but I honestly can't remember lol

Nope! You can buy them at any point and they will double, I usually double mine before having people request so they don't have to request twice and I don't have to go back and do stuff over!

It's weird the first few times you do it because you think it should award but it has to relocate you to your profile page before they're awarded! lol
