Welcome back to City's Annual Costume Contest! This is one of my favourite events to run and it's not hard to see why! Simply dress up one and enter one of your pixels below for the chance to win: 1st Prize: 20k Points 2nd Prize: 15k Points 3rd Prize: 10k Points.
