I have had this happen to me twice now and I do not know if it is marked against me or not but there is a strange glitch that happens during graphic auctions. I have had to individually message the buyers of my graphics the imgur code, along with an apology. 

Whenever I go to an auction to finalize {uploading the updated image with the buyer's requests}. I will set it to a JPEG and upload it, but I get a message saying: 'Sorry! We only allow JPEG, PNG, GIF, etc. and sizes under 500KB" but it will ALSO say under that: "AUCTION FINALIZED!" so I am unable to re-upload it/find the issue. Due to the second message, the player will get the horsephenomena.com/ link, which takes them to the login screen. 

I really hope this is not marked against me as I AM trying to hold up my end of the deal towards the buyer!! 

That's a glitch with the auctions that's been happening forever. It doesn't count against you, all that happens is for some reason when you finalize the auction through the auction message, it doesn't send the picture url or picture to the buyer. 

It DOES however finalize the auction for you. So you still need to send some sort of image through in order to recieve payment for your premade (and to not pay the penalty fee). 

And since it doesn't send the picture/url, you also need to message that to the buyer, but no worries, I think many players on here are aware of the glitch and understand.

I'm glad to know that this doesn't mark you. The first time this happend, I thought I did something wrong - though I really don't understand why it does not just let you re-upload like the auction itself does, but whatever. The buyers usually get two messages, but I always send them their image that way so they do get it and I'm not fined. It's just a super annoying glitch though!
