Being able to "lease" a horse...

so I was thinking if people didn't have enough time to enter thei horses into shows, they should be able to higher a person to lease their horse. Like, they enter them into shows for them, but they don't have to have the horse/dog on their account, so if the person goes inactive/doesn't give the horse back, you can just end the lease and get your horse back.
