the 2 HPP are gone, but the pup is still female - I would like for her to be male .. is there a way that can be fixed?

I'm not sure what happened here, but I just tested it and it worked for me, so maybe the page didn't refresh all the way or you accidentally selected female as the gender (sometimes my browser does this if I select something off a list and then scroll suddenly).

From experience, if you navigate away from the screen immediately after it refreshes it wont award you the item. There's like a two-step refresh system for the cash shop. Wait until it either redirects you to the animal OR until the notification of what you purchased goes away. I'm soooo guilty of having to message Sam to ask her to award me stuff I forgot to wait on to be awarded because I bought it and then left the cash shop immediately. 🤣
