Have you checked to make sure the email address you are using for HP is current? Please take a moment to check and make sure you still have access to the email address listed on your HP account!

Using an up-to-date email address is so important, because we CANNOT HELP YOU if you ever lose your login, get locked out of your account, or have any account issues if you're on a break if we can't contact you via the email associated with your account. This can result in the loss of your account number, HPD, player points, and animals and no one wants that to happen!

Especially users who are still using an @aim.com email address - because these are no longer accessible since AIM shut down!
