Kinda In a Pickle

       Thats right, I the ever idiealistic Kaly am truly stumped. You see this year my wonderful hubby Ryan created me an awesome veggie garden. And well my cucumbers grew like wildfire as in... I have a pile of cucumbers and no clue how to pickle them. Well I get the general gist of things but like I need recipes! so I thought, "hey we have some pretty creative folks here on HP, why not ask you guys". So what say you hp, give me your pickle recipes :)

You can cut down or completely leave out the sugar if you want sour pickles, or add dill for dill pickles.

Cucumber and hummus is one of my favorite snacks too. Although pickling them sounds much better haha.

My parents' garden is gangbusters with cucumbers as well - my mom makes huge mason jars of these and I love them! (She usually adds more chili for me since I love spicy pickles.)

My mouth is literally watering at your post. :D I love cut up cucumber in ranch. I know nothing about pickling, but lemme know if you have any luck. I only have a pumpkin vine this year it was a completely by mistake plant. XD
