Netflix Recommendations

Anyone have any good netflix recommendations? I'm good with pretty much any genre of show. I'd rather have something episodic, rather than a movie, in case I need to turn it off quickly to get the kiddo. |

So many, haha.
Orange is the New Black Mindhunter (SO good!) Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt Santa Clarita Diet Stranger Things Criminal Minds The Comedy Lineup The Standups Master of None (first season was decent, second season was excellent) Parks and Recreation Breaking Bad (and Better Call Saul) iZombie (quirky and entertaining!) How To Get Away with Murder Mad Men The End of the F****** World (So good and totally twisted me up at the end, and sorry about the filter dodging, buuttt :P) Lovesick Gilmore Girls (plus the Netflix exclusive reboot) Shameless Dexter Disjointed Grace and Frankie Rosewood 30 Rock Big Mouth Archer
I know that's a long list (we watch a lot of TV), but I genuinely recommend everything on it! |

Is all of American Horror Story good? I watched the first season when it first came out and never got into the 2nd season and stopped halfway through. Never gone back since then.
But the good news is between both those lists I think I've only seen like 3 things, so this gives me somewhere to start. ;) |

Most of them are good. I hated Hotel and the most recent one was bearable. |

Of course, that might not be something I should watch if my son is nearby. He's only 15 months, but .... lol Maybe I'll wait 'til he's asleep. (but then it'd either be night or I'd be home alone.... I don't make good plans) |

Oh goodness, I haven't actually used Netflix in a while - I ended up adding Hulu to my monthly supscription and OH MY GOODNESS their originals are so addicting. XD Their other content is pretty good as well.
Oh Netflix - when I was using it all the time - I watched:
- Jane the Virgin. It is a little cheesey but I really enjoyed the show and I am waiting impaitently for them to add more! - American Horror Story. I mainly used this for background noise when I was cleaning and stuff, but it was interesting. - Stranger Things. Enough said. I loved this, but the fact it is filmed in my state may have boosted my love for it. xD - That 70's Show. - The Ranch. - F is for Family. Watch after the kid is asleep. Will not be for everyone. Proceed with caution. - The Good Place. - Santa Clarita Diet. - Disenchantment. The first show to make me open Netflix in a while. - Spirit. Not nearly as good as the movie, but not too bad. I managed to get hooked while trying to get my daughter to like it. XD - A Series of Unfortunate Events. - Free Rein. OMG. I actually forgot about this until I just looked on my account. I like this show - it's a netflix original. It's worth cheaking out I think. - iZombie. I actually watch this when the kids are awake and playing as it is not like the walking dead at all. Sure it may have a scary moment or two, but it's more ... quirky - as Sam put it.

Sorry if any of these are repeats of previously mentioned ones but: - Godless. Amazing if you like Westerns - has a fair bit of violence and nudity tho as may be expected for the genre. - The Keepers. Great true crime docu-series, tw for church-centered child abuse and murder. - The Staircase. Another great true crime docu-series, minus the tw (besides for murder, obviously). - Frontier. I have heard good things about this but have yet to start it myself - has Jason Momoa in it so that's a thing ;) - Stranger Things. Can't recommend it enough. - Peaky Blinders. British mob drama. Boom. |

ooh I've seen Altered Carbon on there, it looks good but I haven't sat down to see it yet.
Has anyone else watched Magic For Humans? I was in tears from laughing through all the episodes. |
