This morning I had a sausage and ham skillet with sourdough toast on the side.

Blueberry greek yogurt and a large blueberry muffin 

A sandwich made with a cheesy bun, pesto & lemon cream cheese, ham, cheddar, tomato, and cucumber.

^Tana, your breakfasts always sound right up my alley. :)

a medium chocolate chip cookie, nutrition shake, and going on four cups of coffee 0-o

oats, all bran, raspberries, salted caramel protein shake used instead of plain milk 

toast and a fried egg

i had a home made egg and cheese bagel with coffee (always gotta have the coffee)

scrambled eggs and sausage

cheerios and apple juice

cinnamon donuts and coffee lol
