Maybe my understanding of this is wrong, but when you set an animal up for public breeding, the breeding is supposed to automatically go through, yes?

Crossing my lines to create Poshies and Pomskies, I've noticed you still have to accept it when it's set to public.

Maybe with private, another player can't request to breed at all and when it's public they can request? I can see wanting it to be open to the public but still wanting to pick-and-chose whose gets to breed with your animal.

But I haven't bred anything yet, so I'm just guessing!

Hmm. I always thought that it was just like the sale options. That private meant someone could request but the owner had to accept and that public meant anyone could breed as long as they had the HPD required. I'm not sure either lol

Private doesn't allow anyone but your animals on the same account to request a breeding. 

Public allows anyone to request .But you still have to accept the breeding 😊 it's a fail-safe
