I figure since I have a bookmarks folder dedicated to just... stuff I use for HP, I may as well share it!

Uni linked these to me originally, so all props go to her.

Tutorial for iFrames - Very, very simple and basic. I suggest playing just with tables and then trying to build layouts. But I did teach myself from this!

Tutorial for Accordians - Haven't actually sat down with this one yet.

December - Pretty much every hex code for every color you could ever imagine. Very easy to search and been using it for years.

Colour Lovers - If you haven't found colour lovers yet, you're missing out. My favorite palette builder and pattern builder. Don't forget to credit!

Practice Board - Probably the most simple and basic code tester. Input code, hit see html, and it'll run the code and give you a link to the result. Like this. Only problem is, if you start reeeeaaaally messing with the CSS, it won't give you a proper result link, so you can't share it.

JS Fiddle - This one is a little more complex, but holds up to heavier CSS editing. Post your code in the html or css box, hit run, then hit save. Once saved, a "share" menu option will appear. This will take you to a screen like this.

Adding to your list:ColorSchemer! anyone who wants help picking out colors that go together, it's pretty cool.

I know it's been years since you posted this, but both of the links for help with coding are now broken. Any chance you have others or maybe someone else does? I imagine they'd be quite helpful to anyone looking to make layouts on HP for the first time :)

Some of the links no longer work.
