Rule Changes!

Hey everyone! I have officially revised the HP rules to shorten them, make them more clear and concise, and take out now-irrelevant rules! Please make yourselves familiar with the new set of rules (you can find a link in the footer) as they are currently in effect. I did not highlight the changes to them this time around since there are so many of them. If you've got any questions about the new set of rules, please message me on account #1 and I will answer any questions or concerns you might have! Happy Tuesday :). |

I think it might be helpful to include the rule about pattern credits, since the only place you can currently find it in the mod news (I believe?). I'm assuming most new players don't automatically go through them, so :) |
