Hello everyone!

I am a newbie here. I am glad I found this site since HL is being shutdown (I mean, we all saw this coming after they went super cartoony). I used to make Layouts and photomanips eons ago and I will probably get back to it. I play a bunch of other horsey games with the same name, so you might see me around in other places. When I played on HL, i would focus on one or two breeds at a time. I plan on doing that here too.

I am an adult player. I have a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and I plan on getting my masters to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am also a provisional FLE. I have one biological and foster adolescents with behavioral health issues. I sound old, but I am not even 25 yet. I love my pony games as they are my form of self-care.

I used to have a minature horse, but she passed away a year back. I have had her since I was in middle school . My youngest kiddo loved her and rode her all the time. She was such a stellar little pony. I also did High school Rodeo, Flag and Drill team at the large rodeo we have in town, and I did rifle team (both highschool and college). My husband and I are massive board game collectors and have "nerd" nights every other weekend where we play board games until the early morning hours. When I counted (before Christmas), We had 72 board games. We love our board/card games. If you need a reccomendation on a good board games - I will always have a recomendation.

Anyway, that is me in a nutshell. :) I love to chat with people so message me if you want to chat about anything (It's always nice to know a therapist (or soon to be one)).

Welcome to HP! You're definitely not the only adult player on the game so you're in pretty good company here. I played HL as well in my younger years although left in 2008 when the first wave of people really quit and I've been on HP as life allows ever since. :)

I'm on a couple other horse games too - Howrse and Star Stable.  

Love board game nights at my friends although they can get heated.

Welcome to HP! I'm still pretty new myself, but mostly have the game figured out, so feel free to message any questions you have! I'm a relatively new mom myself (kiddo is 19 months), so I always hunt down HP parents to complain with/ask questions. :P

I love board and card games as well. I'm not very good at strategy games like Stratego, Settlers of Catan, or even Battleship, but I do love Sorry!, Clue, and Bananagrams has been our go-to-after-dinner-game for quite awhile now. :)

Welcome to HP! We're pretty much all ex-HL players and HP is our savior lol! I'm 27 myself, and there are players on here that are older than me, so you're definitely not too old to play xD

As for board games, I'm definitely not as intense as you or your husband, but my new favorite game (as well as my husband's) is called 7 Wonders. I even bought a few expansion packs for it. Do you know it?

Im also from H/L but left in 2009 when they got too greedy. havent played many board games lately Im an HP addict and a Seekers Notes Hidden Object fan,
