Are we talking artificial and natural or just artificial? ย I haven't personally but I know someone who is currently doing 5 grams or less 100 day challenge. |

I have not but I have a coworker who is doing this Whole 30 [day] challenge which cuts out allllll sugar with the exception of fruit. She isn't even chewing sugarless gum anymore right now because there is still a little bit of real sugar in sugarless gum. Meanwhile, I'm eating the doughnuts that the doctors bring us haha ย ![]() |

I would just reduce it slowly rather than cold turkey, because you'll end up binging. Or just reduce it to like, a small portion per week. I don't believe in cutting anything out 100%. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It's really hard to cut sugar so best of luck! I never cut out all sugar but drop items that are super super sugary (sodas, candies, donuts, etc).ย Even just going cold turkey on sodas can be incredibly hard. I still drink them, just not very often.ย It's been a while and now that my body has readjusted to less sugar, sodas are actully sort of gross beause they're too sugary and make me feel sick.ย |

get topo chico, or carbonated water. it gives you the feeling of drinking a soda (if that is your jam) without actually drinking one :) Im a cold turkey kinda person and just barrel through the bleh bits

I'm actually day 7 into cold turkey, I've cut out all sugar other than naturally occurringย in food. In all honesty, I thought it would be easier as I'm not really a fizzy drink/sweet person but my biggest consumption (so I thought) was my 1 teaspoon in a cup of coffee twice a day. |

Cut that teaspoon in half so it equals out to just 1 teaspoon total. Might help ๐

I have not, but Iโve heard that the 21 Day Sugar Detox has a lot of resources for it, so I would probably start there if it were me! |
