Hello I was wondering what everyone uses for graphics programs? I was looking mostly between corel paintshop pro and some kind of photoshop program? I havent done this stuff in a while and I cant remember what I used to use.

I personally used to use Photoshop CC so would highly recommend that, or a variety of PS. I wouldn't use PSP unless as a programme it's undergone a huge refurb, haha. I used to use Coral PSP way back when.

Photoshop CC is and always will be my go-to program for graphics. It's pretty affordable too at only $10 a month!

I use CS6, becuase I can't afford photoshop CC at the moment and haven't really been active with graphics enough lately to make it worth it. 

I also use PS CC and pay 10$ a month, however I heard that GIMP can be equally as good as long as you stick to really learning the mehanics behind te program (plus its free)

I def prefer Photoshop CC. I used to use Gimp but it was not a fan of my Wacom tablet. Idk if it was the computer I was using at the time or if it really was Gimp's fault (I'm leaning towards it actually being an issue with Gimp as I was able to use the tablet with Photoshop on that same computer just fine), but PS is just all-around a better program imo.

Plus I'm a huge fan of Photoshop's text tools - text tools on Gimp were like non-existent as far as I remember (aside from the simple stuff like font faces and colors).

I used CC for the longest time. Lately, I haven't been able to afford any monthly subscriptions, so I've just been using FireAlpaca. It's a little clunky but if I beat it with a wrench hard enough I can make it do what I want. Photoshop still has more bells and whistles, but FA is definitely serviceable.

I use Photochop CC and I use Paint Tool Sai for actual drawing.

photoshop CC is amazing, it's a monthly sub for $10 like sad above, that can be cancelled any time, and it comes with updates, or you could buy photoshop CS6 which is also really nice. not 100% sure on the pricing for that tho
if you're looking for free, i know quite a few people use gimp, i used gimp when i first started out, it's not the best after tey rolled out 2.8, but it's also not the worse..? lol
