I'm sure there's another forum out there with people's personal choices from Netflix, but I really don't know what to watch that helps with my personal preferences

I'm pretty open to anything!

As long as there isn't too much profanity or nudity I'm okay.

Extreme gore is a no. The Walking Dead is probably the most gore I can handle.

Shows I'm currently watching/have watched:

- Arrow (got kind of bored)

- Grey's Anatomy (on live TV too)

- The Fosters

- Supernatural (up to date)

- Lucifer (almost up to date)

- The Walking Dead (not so much anymore, never finished) **this show is probably my gore limit

- Orange is the New Black (almost up to date)

- The Vampire Diaries (spoiled it for myself)

- Riverdale (up to date)

- Parenthood (completed)

- The 100 (kind of meh about this one, watch it in my spare time)

- Once Upon a Time (finished)

Shows I don't like:

- Black Mirror (too weird for me)

- The Office (not sure if my opinion would be different now, this was based off of years ago)

- Pretty Little Liars (too weird for me)

- Stranger Things (way too overhyped imo and can't top supernatural, not my kind of show)

- Anime (sorry if this offends anyone!)

Things I've always been interested in and would be interested in opinons of these shows:

- Criminal Minds

- American Horror Story

- Breaking Bad

- The End of the F***ing World

Sorry for the long list of things, just wanted to clarify things in order to prevent people from posting things I've already watched. If you have any questions about the shows I've watched I'd be glad to shoot you a message about them :D

I love Criminal Minds (watched all 12 seasons on Netflix) and Breaking Bad was epic. I also would recommend Santa Clarita Diet. It's a little "over the top" (and lots of swearing) but matches my sense of humor.

I'm a baby and won't watch American Horror Story because I live by myself and the little bit I tried to watch scared me xD

Stranger things is amazinggggg imo
if twd is as much gore as you can handle, then i wouldn't suggest ahs, there's hella more in it.
the 100 starts slow, but give it time, it's probably one of my favs with ahs and stranger things.
end of the fing world is soooo good! there's some gore in it but if i remember it's not a lot. it's been almost 6 months since i watched it so i don't really remember the details of it that much, but from what i do, it was pretty funny tbh lol
try starting shameless! that's another fav of mine!! got rohan watching it too now lmao

Shameless (This show makes me laugh so much.)
Breaking Bad (Amazing series!)
Santa Clarita Diet (some gore, but I don't remember it being worse than TWD, it's a comedy so xD)
The OA (I'm back and forth on this one, but it's good.)
Working Moms (This is pretty funny LOL)
Love Death Robots (A bunch of short stories with stunning animation!)
The 100 (STICK WITH IT, it's one of my favorites!)
Versailles (Historical and great storytelling!)
Reign (Queen Mary, historical, starts slow but gets REALLY good!)
Jane the Virgin (This was actually pretty good, I didn't expect to like it as much as I did)
The End of the F**ing World (This was SO GOOD)
The Originals (TVD spinoff)
The Good Place (Back and forth on this one, but I actually finished it so that's more than I can say for most)
Tidelands (I realllllly recommend this one!)
Dark Matter (If you like sci-fi!)
Between (If you like semi-apocalytic quarantine type shows!)
Grace and Frankie (This made me laugh a lot in early seasons, but then it got kind of... agenday?)

Netflix series I legit watch and then rewatch:

- The OA

- Altered Carbon

- The Haunting of Hill House (SO GOOD)

- Parks and Recreation (I've legit watched the entire series 8x through now and still laugh at each episode)

You've pretty much already watched the other series I'd recommend.

Do you have Amazon Prime? They just came out with a new series called Hanna that I binged watched in one night, it sucked me in hard core.

I am obsessed with True Crime and other documentaries, but I recommend:

- The Pixar Story
- The Innocent Man (tw: sexual assault mention)
- The Keepers (tw: heavy sexual abuse mention)
- 7 Days Out
- Blackfish
- Evil Genius
- Designated Survivor
- The 80's/The Nineties/The 00's
- Mindhunter
- Fake or Fortune? (I desperately need more episodes of this!!!)
- Stardust (amazing movie adaptation of Neil Gaiman that is just as good for adults as it is for kids)
- Any of the John Mulaney stand up specials (Kid Gorgeous, New in Town, The Comeback Kid - which is my favorite imo) (mild/moderate swearing)
