Deutsche ReitponyGerman Riding PonyThe Deutsche Reitpony or German Riding Pony is a very popular pony breed in Germany. It is described as a "miniature warmblood" with refined, horse-like characteristics that make it suitable as both a children's pony and as a mount for sport horse competition in Europe. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Riding_Pony German registries that accept GRPs in the US include Weser-ems, Hanover & Rheinlander Pfalz-Sarr (RPSI) pony registries. Weser-ems are affiliated with the German Oldenburg Verband (GOV) Hanover pony registry, and RPSI. American registries include the International Sporthorse Registry and the American Sport Pony Registry.

I actually really love these ''mini-warmbloods.'' I've seen pics of them without knowing it's a GRP, and then gone ''THAT'S A PONY??'' I've also wondered why they're not on HP, but I think they used to be. Correct me if I'm wrong. That said, I would like to breed them!     |

Hahah I vaguely remeber seeing the name a long time ago but they disappeared I wasnt sure! I would love for them to make a comeback! |
