A few years back I had an image comissioned on da for me to use on horseland for a layout, and Id like to make sure I can use it here as a layout as well. How would I go about giving the Image credit?

So, the short answer is that you'll need to contact the person who you bought the commisson from and have them add the appropriate credits and/or tell you what they are.

You'll need to add credits for the stock images used. It looks like in the original, they don't have them ON the image (which they will need to be for HP), but they do have some them linked in the description, so it should be pretty easy to add them onto the image for use on HP, but there are some caveats.

It looks like the background stock is from deviantart.com/ashensorrow (so that's the credit you would use). And I don't see anything that would prevent you from using the image in their rules.

HOWEVER, the horse is from deviantart.com/kaspizza and they require permission for you to use their stock outside of DA - so depending on if the origianl artist got that for you, then you're all good, but if they didn't, that's something you would need to do.

But the biggest issue is that they say they also used their own stock and imagery, so I don't know how to look that up or how to credit it, so you'll need to contact them and when you do I would recommend copy and pasting our crediting rules to them so they know what you need. https://horsephenomena.com/rules.php

I’ll get in contact with her then, thank you so much for replying, I know the image credit rules for HL differ from here. I just had to ask to make sure I covered all the bases.
