It's the 25th of June and it hasn't stopped LASHING from the heavens. 

I am so so sick of Irish weather. It feels like October/November. Bar the random few hours the rain runs away and we've had a bit of sunshine. 

If you've ever wondered how and why Ireland is sooo lovely and green.. this is why AND IT MAKES ME SO SAD AND ANNOYED.

(end of rant)

It's been like that here in MN most of the spring since about the end of April. Sooooo excited for this weekend and the fact that it's actually supposed to be sunnnyyyy

It's supposed to be good here tomorrow and I'm off so I'm really crossing all my fingers and toes. But it is Ireland.. the weather can change in the space of two seconds and we can get all four seasons in one day soooo I have no optimism lol

I think this is the first week in months where it won't be raining! We've had major flooding problems down here. The sun came out finally and in full force so Summer is here to stay. Blegh high heat and humidity now!

Well.. we got sunshine.... and a lot of wind lol!

It's been amazing in this little corner of the U.K. that is Northern Ireland, lately. Personally, I love when it rains. Especially when people are pissed off that it's summer and raining, as if it's NEVER supposed to rain in SUMMER.

Hopefully we don't have a shortage of rain like we did last year. In the Mourne Mountains, the Spelga Dam's water level was so low, an old road and bridge were exposed!
