How do you add Animal CSS Coding to horse and dog pages? (a.k.a. the fancy patterns / color backgrounds)

I only ask cause i haven`t seen where...or do you have to be on an upgraded account to do so?

You have to have an upgraded account to do it, and then it is in the same seciton where you update your horse's/dog's names, etc. :).
