Hey all! I’ve been away for awhile now. My few months hiatus kinda stretched into over a year. Hopefully people still remember me, lol! In December I finished school and I got a job almost immediately as a High School Teacher, which was super exciting! Being a teacher is wonderful and I love it so much, but it’s a lot more work than I thought it would be. I’ve been working over the summer checking boats for invasive species, which is a nice break from teaching. I go back to work at the high school on the 22nd, and I’m excited to get back into it! I also got engaged a few months ago and we are planning on getting married in August of next year. We bought a house last year also. It’s nice knowing everything is going the way I planned, but it makes me wonder when something bad is gonna happen, but I try not to think that way. I really can’t believe I’ve been on HP for 10 years now. That’s crazy. I’ve taken a lot of breaks but the community always brings me back here. I’m very thankful for Gothika who has been keeping up on my training. I’ve been trying to keep up on breeding but I’ve failed a few times... so some of my lines have died sadly, but I still have some that are gen 10. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well and thanks for reading!

Congratulations on everything going so nicely for you! I definitely remember you :) I think you should keep your thoughts positive, it certainly attracts more positivity!

It's nice to see you again! Congrats on the job and the engagement and the house! Hopefully we will see you back again soon ;). But in the meantime, just enjoy things and try not to let the when is something bad going to happen thought ruin it (although easier said than done, I know).
