I logged in today and had a notification that I was upgraded. I didn't do it myself, so I wonder how that happened? Was it a glitch? Or is it possible to gift someone an upgrade? I am very confused. I really hope it wasn't something I accidentally clicked, and I really really hope my Paypal account hasn't been compromised! That's happened to me before on another site and was a huge hassle to correct, so.... If someone could help me out that'd be awesome, thanks! I just need to know what's going on.

I think new players get a trial upgrade as part of a welcome package, so I'm guessing it's that (someone correct me if I'm wrong). You can always check your PayPal account for any Horse Phenomena charges, they're easy to spot. If there's nothing, then it's just the trial upgrade. Plus if you click on Upgrade at the top of the page, it will tell you how long your upgrade lasts, and I believe the trial one lasts for a month.

You have a trial upgrade! All new players get one for the first 7 days. I'm guessing the notification you got was because it starts to warn you that it's going to expire soon. Your PayPal wouldn't have been charged by us for it.
