You will need to reset your password! You can do this by clicking "Lost Login or Password?" and sending a reset link to yourself. Then follow the instructions in the link. Do not use the same password as before. After that you will have to choose a new secret question and answer - and again, make sure you pick a brand new one!

What about accounts that I'm looking after for the player who hasn't been around in awhile? I just can't login to those anymore? :(

Is every account going to get a week of upgrade time? Or accounts that were upgraded are going to get an extra week?

Unfortunately that’s something that we won’t be able to help with :(. Your best bet would probably be to post in the HP Facebook group to see if you can get in contact with them! Sorry.

All players should have the upgrade time :).

I'll have to hope they try to login, then. :( Maybe sending out an email to players could help, if that's a possibility?

Anyway, I was asking because I had five basic accounts, and they're still basics? Accounts 46728, 46742, 46810, 46847, and 46863

So I was updating passwords and secret answers on my accounts, and I got to one, put in the account number... then I get the email and click the link, but it tells me ''invalid token.'' Am I going too quickly?

I had that happen a few times Tana - so far I have only updated ~ 30 accounts. I was doing batches of ten when that happened. After it happened twice, I started doing batches of 5 and it hasn't happpened again.

It's actually doing it to only one of my accounts, whether I try with the account number or the login name. It is not a deleted account or anything, either. All my other accounts updated just fine.

Sorry about the basics! I will get them upgraded shortly - it was 6 am by the time we got done yesterday, so not upgrading basics was an oversight.

Happy to help! I am also planning to give everyone extra energy tomorrow after reset (but not today because no one will get to use it before it resets).

Um. Can you also add in shows for tomorrow? I have some animals that have energy I can use, because I hadn't finished training them last week Saturday, but there aren't any shows, because they would have been made on Sunday.

Same for Monday. I always have my public shows run for 8 days out, to help Mondays, but now that's a ton of shows that won't be available this week. Thanks for looking into it!

Done! There should be a full week of shows now, I think. And it should run again tonight and create the regular Sunday shows.
