Unable to switch breed specialty

This is the message I get when I tried changing my breed specialty. 


 


Forbidden


You don't have permission to access this resource.


Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


 


It is only happening on this account. I was able to switch it on another account with no issues.

Still unable to switch my breed specialty, meaning my bernese mountain dogs were not shown last week. It also will not let me update other things with my profile like kennel name. 

 

Any news on this?

Do you still have an active Upgraded account, where the Bernese Mountain Dogs are?

If you are a non-Upgraded member I do know for a fact that you cannot change kennel names, offer boarding/tickets, or create multiple private shows. A lot has changed since my hiatus, but it sounds like Breed Specialty has swapped over to Upgrade privilege given the message above. This would also explain why the other accounts are not affected and this one is.

I will bump this for Sam and the other Admins to look into, but, that's my best guess.

Yes, it is still upgraded.

Hi! I am still looking into this with the server company. I've had some trouble replicating the error on my end, but I think it could be related to the code in your signature (so you could temporarily remove it and see if it lets you update). Thanks for your patience!

Also I just realized I'm not on my main. WHOOPS.

There is no code in my signature. It still won't let me update anything. This is the only account with the issue.
