Hey everyone!

It's about a week from the American Thanksgiving and so we would like to do a charity auction to help those in need :). Since this is a community of animal lovers, this year we will be donating to an animal-related charity.

Our charity of choice this year, is a local charity here in Omaha called the Sadie Dog Fund. It's an organization that helps pet owners who cannot afford surgeries or other medical care for their dogs. It's an organization that I really like, and who does a lot of good stuff for the community of dog owners in my area.

So, to raise funds, we will be auctioning off a custom 3 digit account number!

Auction Information

We will be donating 75% of the money we raise from the account auction to the Sadie Dog Fund, and reserving the rest for future updates to HP!

The highest bidder can choose any 3 digit account number that they would like (provided that it is not already taken by another player). We might make an exception for banned account numbers, but it will be on a case-by-case basis, so if you have your eyes on a banned number, talk to me and I will let you know!

The starting bid is $20 USD, please message all bids to account #1 :), and I will keep the highest bid up-to-date in the Mini News (to the right of the main news) as I get bids in. Bids are first come, first serve, and all bids should be in increments of at least $1 USD.

The bidding will go from now until the Monday, December 2nd (the monday after Thanksgiving), at which point the account will go to the highest bidder! The winner will have 1 week to pay us and let us know what account number they want!

The winner will also have the option to pay an extra $20 USD to add a one year upgrade to their new account, OR $40 USD to have a current account number changed to the new number (and add a one year upgrade).

We are also having a small Thanksgiving contest, with a 1 month upgrade going to the winner! And a participation achievement going to all who enter :).

For this contest, we will be revisiting our days in art class when we had to trace our hands and then decorate it as a turkey! You can do this digitally via photoshop or on a piece of paper and scan it in/take a picture of it. Your drawing should be creative, original, and represent what you are thankful for this Holiday season :).

Anyone can enter until next Friday (November 29th), just message your entries to account 1 or email them to me at admin@horsephenomena.com :). After they are all in I will be posting them in the news for everyone to enjoy!
