i'm not entirely new to this site, but i haven't been on here that long.
i was wondering... how do you people show your horses? like, do you normally use the 20 shows a day regularly to get the most points? or do you space it to 10 shows each day to get the horse up to 1mil by retirement? |

Well, I personally train every day, 10 shows a day and 20 entered for Sunday. My horses get between 1.3 and 1.4 mill by retirement, depending on if they're store or lined horses. |

I sometimes train all 80 on Monday. So 20 a day tues/wed/thurs/fri. Or I train 20 daily for the 4 days. Mine retire 1.2mil by retirement. |

I usually train on sunday, and I enter either 20/20/20/20 mon/tue/wed/thur, or I'll enter 20 monday, 10 tue, 10 wed, 10 thur, 10 fri, 20 sat. I've really just started training though. :P |

Hey Soulstar! Welcome to the game regardless of how long you have been here. :) I have trained all the ways that the people before me have suggested and their numbers are spot on for their goal. However, if you want to retire at around 1.6mill on average I can tell you that regimine. It's not a lazy trainer method, but it's cheap!
1st off, go through ALL the clubs and ALL the associations and find out what your horse/dog is able to register for. Read through the whole page, see what the requirements are, and if your animal meets them, register them. (Side note: while you are at each club/association page see what FUN contests that are going and participate when you can!)
2nd go to each animal's pages and select enter shows. I train 20 shows a night (max for a day). What you want to do is search for the following day's date, select club - enter what shows you can, select association - enter what shows you can, and then fill in with publics. However, the trick isn't to just enter ANY publics. What you want to do is search that day's publics and then select the back page and start from teh bottom and go to the top. They are the newest shows, and they have the least amount of entrants. The less the entrants, the better the chance you have to get higher rankings it the shows.
If you have ANY questions regarding my training method please feel free to ask. :) |
