Since I have seen quite a few Harry Potter fans here, I thought I'd mention this nifty website! :] Anyone, anyone?

Well, for anyone who doesn't know, it's a text-based Harry Potter RPG, though roleplaying is only a very small part of it. It's a very extensive website with hundreds of forums and subforums and a ton of wonderful, amazing people. You get sorted, earn house points by participating in contests and taking classes, buy and sell items in Diagon Alley or user shops, and tons, tons more. There are publications to write for (The Daily Prophet and The Quibbler, for instance, or in-house publications like Slytherin's Obscene Underground Paper (SOUP) or The Rave), teams to join (Dueling, Quidditch, Debate), site-wide events going on at all times, clubs to join or create, and you can even teach classes! I could probably go on for a while. There's a lot to it. ^^

I've been a user since August 2009, so it's been a while. xD I started out in Slytherin, wrote for SOUP and was elected one of the Slytherin Prefects last term (elections are held every six months.) I just recently transferred over to Ravenclaw, though (which costs about the price of an upgrade here on HP). I'm also a Groundskeeper (AKA Grounds forum moderator) and a Potions professor for Years 5-7. I love the site dearly and it's lots of fun to get involved with!
