I know it has been mentioned multiple times before and said it will be fixed, I am just wondering when? 

1. Association registration fee does not go to the association

2. Show fee does not go to the association

Nope, they go to the owner. There are no plans currently to fix it -- if anyone has a good idea of what can be done to associations, they'll be entirely revamped from the ground up. Otherwise, they'll pretty much just stay as they are. The owner will just have to keep track and donate money back in.

Yep. I just use the money to contribute to the donations I make myself to the association to fund contests and such. I don't actively transfer in funds every time someone registers, but I'm typically donating 10mil or more at a time, which should cover the amount of registrations/show entry fee between donations :)

how can I tell if the money is in fact coming to me? I checked out my events and it doesn't seem to say anything like that??
