Store Dog Ages

I think my store dogs have a glitch? Today they are 14, when they should be 13 at the oldest, though I'm pretty sure they should still be 12 like my lined dogs. I checked my store horses, and their ages haven't jumped. Is anyone else seeing this issure with their store dogs? I get confused with how birthdates vs. buying from the store dates work, but they were 'born' the same week as my lined dogs, and bought the week my lined dogs turned 2. I want to make sure I don't miss my back up breedings.

linded animals age on the days you breed

Yes, but if they were born the same week (June 23rd, Sunday, for the stores, and June 27th, Thursday, for the lined) then shouldn't the sotre dogs only be 4 days older, and not 11 days older? If my lined dogs turn 13 tomorrow, shouldn't the store dogs have turned 13 this past Sunday, instead of turning 14? Because if my lined dogs retire on November 7th, then the store dogs should reitre on November 3rd, not on Octover 27th? I went ahead and bred back ups just now, in case I'm confused and the mistake is somewhere mine. But I swear the store dogs were 12 last week, and should have turned 13 this past Sunday, just like my lined dogs are turning 13 this week (tomorrow) and not 14. . .

I peeked into your lined dogs vs your store dogs and there does seem to be something weird going on.

Your lined dogs were born on 6/27 (Thursday). They should've JUST turned 13 since it's Thursday morning, though technically it should be 16 because 16 weeks have passed, but I'm assuming you either de-aged them OR they are younger due to the rollbacks Sam had to do for server issues etc.

Your store dogs were born on 6/23 (Sunday). They turned 14 this week (again should be 16 since it's been 16 weeks, but again I'm assuming server rollbacks are the cause of that discrepancy).

However, since you purchased the store dogs the Sunday before your lined dogs turned 2 that Thursday, they should be the same age as of today as long as you didn't use cash shop de-ages on the lined dogs.

Not sure what the issue may be, but I can understand your concern after looking into it! Hopefully the staff team can help you out with this soon. ♥

I looked at your account, and dog #120285 was born on 6/23 which would mean it should have turned 16 this past Sunday, but in August we had to reset the game by nearly a week which sent ages back by 1 year and then we gave everyone an extra 1 year de-age on top of that, which would mean the dog is the correct age of 14.

Your lined dogs (looking at #119964) were born on 6/27 which means they age on Thursdays and should have turned 16 today, but because of the two weeks of deages, they should have turned 14 today, and then because their age day is Thursday, they missed another week of aging when the server company accidentally reset the game by 1 day last month, which happened Wednesday night/Thursday morning, so the daily cron didn't run that day and your dogs didn't age. So they are the correct age of 13 today due to that.

Everyone was supposed to get 2 weeks of de-ages, but because of the Thursday age day you got a bonus de-age on your lined dogs (but the store dogs are the right age). I can age your lined dogs up if you want them to match.

Ah ha! I knew there was a good reason for it somewhere. Thanks Sam. (:
