Goldendoodles!

Anyone interested?! I would love to get these sweet things added! I saw a thread for Aussiedoodles, so I'd love to get goldendoodles added too. I'm getting one in real life Valentine's day weekend. Say you'll breed these so I can match my puppy & virtual puppies!
But in all honesty, they'd be fun to do. Imagine maniping all that cute little golden/poodle hair! ADORABLE, right? |

These were on here before but they got deleted cause no one kept breeding. But I think they are an approved crossbreed. |

They are. Problem with crossbreeds is you can either set your specialty to goldens OR poodles. Then if you need to buy a store to breed with your goldendoodle, you have to buy a poodle or golden... making the newly bred dog a mutt :( |

Most people who do it that way either have 2 accounts and train um or just buy the stores and breed um that day and then retire. |

If it's an approved crossbreed, when you breed a golden and a poodle, you actually do get a goldendoodle. And you can set goldendoodle as your breed specialty. |

@Farewell: Never thought of that. But then what happens if you end up with 4 males and 2 females. You need two more females. So then you go to the store, either buying a poodle or a golden. But then when it comes time to breed your bred goldendoodle and your store poodle, you're stuck. It creates a mutt... right? Am I thinking correctly here?
@Serendipity: Thank you so much! I might take you up on that offer! & thank you! I'm so excited! |

All the permutations of those crosses would need to be added as official crosses in order to get a goldendoodle every time.. so Golden X Poodle = Goldendoodle Poodle X Golden = Goldendoodle Golden X Goldendoodle = Goldendoodle Goldendoodle x Golden = Goldendoodle Poodle X Goldendoodle = Goldendoodle Goldendoodle X Poodle = Goldendoodle
Otherwise, if you breed a poodle with your goldendoodle, I believe you will either get a "poodle x goldendoodle" breed or "crossbreed" So it's possible to do, but you just need to have all of those crosses added |
