My favorite part is decorating our real tree (no artificial trees for this girl). Plus, we have all special ornaments that we made or got for certain events in our lives together. Hanging each one is like living each memory all over again. It's like my Christmas before Christmas every year!

My favorite thing is sitting by the fire reading a book! Winter season seems to be the only time that life slows down enough to where I can enjoy that luxury.

kuwait, i'm going to have to voide that entry. while snow is gorgeous, i'd like to see some effort put into rather than a blank sheet: ex a snow covered fence, or a plain field with a sky and falling snow.

Soooo

My favorite thing about the holidays is watching my kid's faces. Everything amazes them year after year. The decoration, the lights, the magic. I love watching their entire faces just light up with delight.

EDITED TO ADD: This is my daughter (B) in her red dress and a bow and my son (R) in his plaid shirt and black pants. xD R is 2 years younger than B. ? And yes, my living room is this god awful brown color - my husband had it painted before we got together officially and it has come to grow on me a little. XD (I still plan on repainting it next year.
