It's time for GUESS THAT CHRISTMAS MOVIE! I'll provide bad movie descriptions and you have to tell me which movie it is. For each one you get right, you'll get 200 points. In this Op-Ed about how everyone's family is dysfunctional, unstable, and dangerous around the holidays, an absolute assclown misinterprets frustrated head of house and abducts his employer causing the couple next door to break up, SWAT team hijinks, and ultimately (somehow?) secures the money to put in a pool.

11. A month before Christmas, dozens of Londoners complain about their lives, while one man betrays his best friend, only to realize that love and Christmas are -GASP- good as they all end up in the same airport over the holidays.

12. A couple who just wants to go on the vacation they planned is manipulated into celebrating Christmas by their neighbors and the local newspaper. They must throw together a slapdash party and scour the city to find the very last canned ham that is their adult daughter's favorite food.

13. A train conductor kidnaps children and transports them to a village in the Arctic, then proceeds to convince them to be lifelong believers in a fairytale.

14. Nihilistic, unredeemable holiday personnel tricks kids in order to rob a mall.

15. Last minute Christmas gift found in a shady Chinatown shop with suspiciously long list of things not to do results in child immediately and unsurprisingly doing all of the things on the list, ending in numerous atrocities unbecoming of a children's Christmas film.

16. Judge decides that the United States Postal Service is an infallible organization that is incapable of delivering letters to the wrong person, subsequently releases potentially unstable department store Santa.

17. Escaped repeat offender defrauds hotel, destroys a home under renovation, and makes friends with a bird enthusiast.

18. Aggressively bullied woodland creature is mocked mercilessly by Santa until his mutation becomes functionally useful to save Christmas.

19. Estranged husband spends entire movie avoiding Alan Rickman by crawling through an air duct and risking his life in an elevator shaft.

20. Three mischievous children abduct the ruler of another world after misinterpreting the words of a man who wants to broaden his horizons.

Oh my goodness, these have me rolling and I think I may need to call in my husband as a lifeline.
