So I know some of you knew I had worked a hotel for years and moved up to the Assistant GM position. 

Well the hotel got sold and they let the entire staff go, with no warning, so I was scrambling for a job asap to not get behind on bills. Basically took the first one I was offered, but they agreed to pay me what I needed to make so I was happy.

THEY CHANGE MY SCHEDULE DAILY. Maybe that is a little of an exaggeration.... maybe every other day. I've been called in almost every day off, expect me to jump and come in no matter what I'm doing and then they cut my hours the last day of the pay period bc they can't afford overtime.

I'm a very very loyal person. I have a hard time leaving unhappy situations in general, but more so with jobs. I always try to stick it out. But I think I'm going to start looking for something else. I don't know what to do. It would be different if I was the Store Manager or ASM because I know covering shifts is part of the gig. But I'm just a lead and the upper managers never cover, they just expect me to. And they shedule me alone when they shouldn't even when it's against store policy and then complain I never get anything done when I'm with customers all shift.

Really wish I could find something from home. I really have a hard time finding work I truly enjoy.

Oh Lumos. I am so sorry. That is so rough. Is that actual legal where you are, for them to change the schedule without a 24 hour notice?

That super sucks. I'd definitely start looking. Can't hurt!
