Another SIM I played had a seperate page that listed all of your animals and their basic information.  They had a lot more information on each animal, but it would be cool to see here.  It could just be a simple table:

Animal Name - Vet Due? - Groomer Due? - "Health" ##/##

We could quickly see which animals were due for vet/farrier, and which animals were still available for showing.  The name of the animal could be a link to their page.
