external css sheets

so whilst i learn css and improve my coding id like to have my css externally to the html on my page can anyone suggest a free site i can use for this? |

^ If you don't already have a webs account, you'll have to wait 7 days until you can use the HTML only file uploader portion of it... unless it has changed since the last time I used it. Other than that, I don't know of a free site. I pay GoDaddy for a domain and web hosting. |

i forget which section it is under, but webs has a file manager where you can upload your own files. It is hard to find though... Maybe under settings or account management. |

you can do it for free on google docs.. you can either save a css/js file on your computer and the upload it and link it in or you can get the free add-on Edity... edity is kinda cumbersome and doesn't work that great, but technically it lets you make real time edits to your file.. i'm currently exploring the other add-ons on google docs that allow editing but better.. if you just upload the css file to google docs, you can't edit it and you have to re-upload every time you make a change |
