What is she?

My friend found this dog when he was at work today, no collar and obviously hungry. Super super sweet, just a happy little homeless girl.
Any guesses on her breed? In the picture is the manager, who is taking care of her until we can find a home for her.

I just couldn't put my finger on what she was, but she was such a sweetheart which is abnormal for stray dogs around here. |

I could be wrong but I believe that she is a Cocalier (Cocker Spaniel x Cavalier King Charles Spaniel). I have seen a dog like that before online and I believe that's it. You could look online on Spaniel mixes and see what breed is closet looking to her. She DEFINITELY has Spaniel in her like everyone had said.
