How many points should my pair of Morgans (each)Β have before I breed them?

Most players wait and do a breeding at 18, and another at 20 to get the highest number of points. (:

Yup, the Sunday they turn 18 (backup) and 20 (final) are generally when people breed. Horses should easily be at 1 mil by the time they're 20 if you've kept up with basic training.

I do the day before they turn 19 for back up and the day before they turn 21 for final because I like to live dangerously xD

Lol nice, Farewell. But yeah, 18 and 20 are the general ages since that way they'll have the max points. But you can breed whenever you want.

I agree with Veri, it depends really on what you're after. Β For example - If you want to breed your Morgans when they're at a million points then you would breed them at 18yrs, but if you wanted backup foals then you could probably do it last minute and breed them at 20yrs so the baby has the highest points possible. So it's really up to you on when to breed, but I think most agree it's better to breed later (Around 18 - 20yrs) for the highest quality of the foals rather than earlier.Β

Generally horses have at least 1 mill by retirement (those are considered good solid lines) and people breed at 18 if they want backups then 20 for finals. I only breed at 20 usually because without geldings or sterile babies possible theres really no reason to breed 2 times unless someone is interested particuarly in my lines.

i breed the sunday the pairing turns 20, then put unruns on them for the last week before breeding so they have the additional 32k points each.

then i dont have to train the parents anymore either ((:
