The past few days when I go to submit fianlized coding on an auction to close it and recieve my money, I later get messages from the buyers telling me their layouts are not working. I go to view the HTML / CSS on their page and it seems the layouts when receieved via inbox from auction end up missing the tags making layouts appear wonky. This isn't that big of a deal, because I have been sending the buyers their HTML / CSS via email, but if there could be a future fix or investigation that would be awesome. It'd save a few steps in the interaction between seller and buyer, as well as get the buyers their layouts ASAP with no let down.

They're about to revamp the auctions, i think. :) You also have to send a link to graphics after finalizing an auction, I'm not sure why it doesn't work but I do believe it's a known error and such. ^-^  I just have a spare account where i let people log in and copy the code for themselves. 

Yep, it's a known bug. And the graphics auctions are in the process of being re-coded. :)

You can do the account thing like Olli does, OR you can just ask for an email to send it to.  I normally get my coding via email. ☺

Alright so...I have seemed to have run into more issues with this bug. I recently sold a layout through auction to `starcrossed (#21815) and eager to see her layout in action she put the coding up without the HTML / CSS tags and the page locked up on her. She attempted to restore it but the reset page button wont work. The layout was once viewable on acct #30011 which is where she was testing it. I then emailed the coding directly to her like I have been doing with the rest of my clients and their layouts have worked fine, but when she inserted the coding I sent her through email her entire HP account locked up. She can't click on any links whatsoever yet the layout looks as it should. I have the layout up on one of my spare accounts here http://horsephenomena.com/home.php?id=13898 and the layout works fine and all links are clickable...

Can anyone help us solve what the issue is please and a moderator or admin if they have the permissions attempt to unlock her account? =/ I'm really beside myself.

I'm confused on what you mean by unlocking her account? If it's an issue with can't clicking links it's probably a coding issue, not an HP thing?

yeah, I really don't know what to say. But when I put the coding into the box and hit update or whatever, after that I can not click on any link whatsoever. I can't even click in the box to delete the coding or try to add something in. I had to go to the edit profile page to even clear it out; I couldn't even do that once that layout was up. Even when I view it on the spare she has it up on, I still can't click on any link to take me somewhere else. So I guess the links are working for her, but not me?? .....

Well whatever the issue was, I had no sight of it from my end. I never actually saw the layout up the 2nd time on the account I looked at the first time. I'm not upset, I just would like to know what the issue is with my coding because from my end, everything works great and the same coding has worked for about 6-7 of my other costumers just in the last 2 weeks. This is the first time I have seen / or heard of something like this happening with my coding.

I'm not upset either. It could be something that my computer just won't recognize. I can click on links from zodiaque's account and all the others she has done as well, so it's just really weird that it won't work for me. It's sad really, cause I really love her work :( She has been amazing though, trying to fix it all. It can still be viewed on 30011. I'd like to see how it works for everyone else or maybe I'm just going crazy :(
