What photoshop program does everyone use? Looking for either a new program for my laptop(windows 7) or my tablet(samsung tab e) thats free. I currently have JASC paint shop pro 8. |

I use to use Photoshop Elements, but I'm now doing a monthly payment from Adobe with Photoshop CC.ย I really like it, I use it on my touchscreen laptop, along with a pen.ย I'm not sure what's available that is free. |
