What photoshop program does everyone use? Looking for either a new program for my laptop(windows 7) or my tablet(samsung tab e) thats free. I currently have JASC paint shop pro 8.

I use to use Photoshop Elements, but I'm now doing a monthly payment from Adobe with Photoshop CC.  I really like it, I use it on my touchscreen laptop, along with a pen.  I'm not sure what's available that is free.

I just learned of Affinity Photo, and I have not been disappointed in it.
