- Anything to do with events on the game (mascot contest, discount candy day, Easter egg decorating/hunt, April Fool's, trick-or-treating, hand turkeys, secret Santa, 24 days of Christmas, etc)
- Issues with Event Coordinators
- Player of the Month

- Issues with Content Moderators
