OMG GUYS

I fell off the face of the planet for a couple of reasons, but the main one is the BEST one and I wanted to share :D

So I've been working on my master's of arts in Spanish linguistics since 2016 before I took a year hiatus in Mexico and returning in 2017. As of Monday, May 11, I HAVE COMPLETED MY DEGREE WOOOOO I'm literally so happy!

I had my thesis defense originally scheduled for April 27th, but as some of you know earlier in the year I had pneumonia. So with covid I was high risk, but I live by myself and your girl needs groceries.....and I got sick again. Not with covid! Just...sick. So I didn't make my thesis defense but it got extended to May 4th, which I rocked (and posted on fb that the fourth was with me lol) and then spent the rest of my time working on revisions and such. It's possible I can get it published in a journal!!!!

So now that school is over and I'm currently unemployed, you'll be seeing more of me, and I'm sure once I land a job then as well :D I'm glad to be back everyone!
