How do customs work here?  How is payment given?  And what is the average going rate?  I've got a graphic up for auction and am waiting to see how much it sells for to help set pricing, but I'm now getting other inquiries.  My deviantart is: justsyncopated.deviantart.com.  Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

Upon looking at your gallery I believe your work is well above 'average' standard, I think you could easily fetch 40 million just as a starting price alone, an example like the image you have in auctions will likely sell for at least 60mil with the potential of gaining above 100mil, due to the image being not only well composed but also featuring an arabian which is a VERY popular breed on this game. THe price for premade manipulations will vary depending on the content of the image (horse breed/theme/difficulty of image).

Customs are negotiated privately between you and another player, they will give you the specifics of what they want and it is up to you and the other player to negotiate a price. Once you complete the image you should send it to the player for approval and they will send you the ammount agreed upon via the money transfer at the bank. )Go check it out if your not familiar its under Shop -> Bank)

As for average rates its hard to say, a 'headshot' image (just a plain background and a head shot with simple text) usually fetches between 5 - 40 mil, a 'simple' manipulation (a full body horse on a background with little to no special effects) can go for around 10 - 100mil and 'complex' manipulations (full body/multiple animals/prestine painting details/multiple backgrounds) can fetch up to 400 mil.

Keep in mind prices for images also go up due to reputation, so the more you get your art out there the more money you will make =)
