Saturnia was offering coding recently if you're just looking to get a layout made! I don't believe they're selling skeleton codes though. It may be worth checking this thread.

But - if you are looking into buying the skeleton codes, I HIGHLY recommend buying from Araminta! Her coding skeleton is so easy to navigate and personalize and she is always super helpful and so kind answering any questions you have (She's the best!) .
